With a 17-year background in property and facility management, Mr. Raditsis brings strong operational insight and commercial awareness to his role as Business Development Associate for NaviTrade Energy Ltd.

His experience leading maintenance departments, managing multi-site technical operations, negotiating supplier contracts, and ensuring compliance for organisations such as Lidl, IBM, and Cond-air enables him to approach business development with a deep understanding of how strategic decisions translate into operational results.

He specialises in identifying new opportunities, evaluating commercial potential, and supporting the development of long-term partnerships across the Cyprus market and broader regional network.

Mr. Ajibola Aderemi brings a rigorous and operationally grounded perspective to NaviTrade Energy's commercial and documentation function. With a background anchored in physical trade operations at BP Trading & Shipping — one of the world's most demanding energy trading environments — he brings a depth of documentary and compliance experience that is directly applicable to NaviTrade's structured brokerage model.

At BP, he served as Document Administration Coordinator (Subject Matter Expert) for West African crude and refined product operations, where he led a remediation project achieving a 92% clearance rate on a 4,700-document backlog. He designed and deployed an EMEA-wide custom approval workflow that delivered a 67% reduction in processing time, directly preventing costly documentary demurrage — in some cases up to £50,000 per day — through proactive discrepancy identification and strict terminal compliance enforcement.

His hands-on expertise spans Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, ICPOs, Letters of Credit and Letters of Indemnity, with deep working knowledge of Incoterms 2020, FOB, TTT, and TTV transaction structures.
